I just wanted to say how nice of a facility this is! We were able to access our unit whenever needed and everything was very clean. Signing up for the unit was easy and so was canceling it when we no longer needed it.

I’d never used a self-storage facility before. I was a little nervous and had lots of questions. When I stopped in the manager was friendly and answered all my questions. He showed me around and told me what unit would work best for me. He never pushed me to rent a unit that was bigger than I needed. They have been doing renovations and the place looks great. They’re always updating and adding new buildings. Great experience. Great location. Great price. Thank you!

I’ve been storing my stuff for the last couple of months at Storage Authority. I have been please with their customer service. Andy is a pleasure to deal with. They have very reasonable prices!!! If you’re looking for storage in the Union Grove area, this is the place.

Safe, nice storage. Protected by a gate that you need a pin number to enter. Andrew was wonderful to work with, he came in on a Saturday morning to get us going because we live about an hour and a half away right now and couldn’t get there before they closed on a week day. He helped us find the right size unit for what we needed and prices was just what we were thinking. Highly recommend!!!

I’ve stored my belongings with Storage Authority for over a year now. The staff has always been helpful and courteous. They really seem to care about how their facility looks and operates. I love that I can access my unit 24/7. The facility is lighted so I don’t have to worry if I come at night. Storage Authority is always trying to update and do renovations to the facility. I greatly appreciate all they’ve done and look forward to using them for a long time to come.

The Best Storage Around. After calling every storage location in town, I finally lucked out. Not only was Storage Authority the best deal but their customer service was excellent. When I went to check the place out I felt even better. It was in a very safe area and it was very clean and well taken care of. I rented a unit for my out-of-town daughter and I’ll be renting one, myself, soon, as well.

There was a slight mix up between the time online and actual office hours (they promptly fixed it.) I left a message and they returned the call the same day, even after their posted office hours. The manager was friendly and polite. He answered all my questions.
