What is a drive-up unit?
A drive-up unit is an outside unit, located on the first floor of a facility, that gives you the ability to load your belongings directly from a vehicle or truck. It is the easiest way to unload all of your belongings into a storage unit.
What is a roll-up door?
Roll-up doors are the most common door in self-storage. They are accessed by sliding a latch and lifting the door upward, similar to the motion of a garage door. Roll-up doors allow you to maximize the usage of your space.
Do you offer RV/boat/car/motorcycle storage?
Yes! Storage Authority offers storage for all vehicles. We have an outdoor storage area where most larger vehicles are stored. If you wish to store your vehicle inside then some size restrictions will apply but we do allow this.
What sizes are available?
We offer several different size units. Our units range from 5 x 10 all the way up to 10 x 30. Please call to check on availability.
Whatโs the difference between office hours and facility hours?
The office hours are the hours of operation for the property. During these hours the Store Manager will be available to assist you with your storage needs or moving and packing supplies. The facility hours are the hours of the property, and when your unit can be accessed.
Do you have electrical outlets in your units?
All of our storage units DO NOT have electrical power.
Do you have climate-controlled units?
No. All of our units are not climate-controlled.
What are the hours I can access my unit?
At Storage Authority we allow tenants to access their units 24 hours a day, 365 days a year!
If I move out before my due date do I get reimbursed for the days I did not use?
No. If you move out before your due date we will not reimburse you for the days you did not use. If you need a couple extra days to remove your items after your due date contact the site manager and we will do our best to work with you.
